1) Where is my order?
We ship your order via regular USPS, without tracking, as always we ask for 20 BUSINESS (that’s Mondays to Fridays, and you have to take into account Holidays and non work days both in the United states and Argentina) so if your order was SHIPPED less than 20 BUSINESS days ago, you will have to wait a little longer, we have no control over the time it takes both Argentinian Post and USPS to delivery the goods to you.

2) I received just a part of my order!
We split shipments in smaller parts, and we ship this parts up to 4 days apart, so if you got a piece it might take a week to get the rest.

4) My Pills where crushed
Once again, we have absolutely no control over what the USPS does with our shipments, we try our best to pack everything as best as possible to avoid this problems, but we cannot be held responsible for this.

5) Do you carry This drug.. or this other drug?
Sorry at this time we ONLY sell what you can find online in our store and nothing else

6) Do you take VISA, Amex or Mastercard?
No, sorry we only take Western Union at this time

7) I see in forums that some people get their orders in less than 7 days, yet mine is not here !
Please, see question number 1, some people are lucky and get their orders very fast, but that’s beyond our control

8) Can I get a discount?
Sorry, we try to offer the best price possible on everything

9) Do you have this or that in stock?
Our website has automatic stock control, so if something goes out of stock, it will disappear automatically from our site, if you see it, it means we have it in stock, we have distribution rights for everything we sell and its fresh and direct from the manufacturer.

10) I need a reship.
If your order is still missing after the 20 BUSINESS.. I repeat.. BUSINESS days are gone since the day your order was SHIPPED, please continue reading.
